First of all…. welcome to 2024! As we say goodbye to 2023, it is important for us to pause and reflect. This will help us set intentions for the new year!

We envision a world where every first-generation individual is equipped with the tools, networks, and knowledge necessary to break through barriers and achieve their fullest potential. Our vision is to contribute to a paradigm shift where the first-generation community is celebrated for their unique perspectives and contributions, propelling them towards a future of success and empowerment.

If you are a University, College, Company or Organization, The First Gen Madrina offers workshops on a variety of topics (such as imposter syndrome, time management, managing burnout, building a self care plan, etc..), custom built mentorship programs as well as customized services tailored to the needs of the client.
