The First Gen Madrina has a transformative group coaching opportunity designed exclusively for first-generation individuals seeking to maximize their potential, chart their own unique paths to success and connect with other first gens to make the journey less lonely. Join us now!

  • Discussion of topics/themes related to the first-generation experience such as imposter syndrome, mental health, life transitions, culture, pivoting, and more!
  • 8-10 first gens per group

As a child of Cuban immigrants who sacrificed their dreams for a better life, education became my beacon of hope growing up. Fueled by the desire to make a difference, I defied the odds and earned my Bachelor of Arts degree.
