First Generation Programming Services

Dear First Gens,

ANNOUNCEMENT!

Applications for Take The Leap: Unleashing Your Potential are officially available!

Take The Leap: Unleashing Your Potential

I am so excited to help YOU along your journey. When I decided to move out of my home state and quit my 9-5 in a year, I didn’t realize how difficult it would be for me. After I did it, I sat down and was able to craft a curriculum based on what worked for me and what I wished I would have known to make the journey easier. I also have been able to make it adaptable for all leaps and goals that first gens may have.

Embark on a journey that will take you from limiting beliefs to limitless potential. Take The Leap: Unleashing Your Potential is a 8-week program that starts the week of July 1st and consists of weekly 90-minute sessions. Each session is meticulously crafted around five dynamic strategies that I’ve curated to propel you forward.

WHO IS YOUR MADRINA (GODMOTHER)?

She is currently a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience working in higher education, coaching, non-profits and supporting individuals with managing their mental health. Sara has created leadership development programs and has trained social work students in cultural competency.

Sara also has a podcast called The First Gen Madrina podcast, where she shares the stories of other first gens as a way to give back to the community. She is a dedicated Life and Transition Coach and Workshop Facilitator. She has been featured in Authority Magazine, Shoutout Miami and FIERCE by Mitu.
